Principles · 原则

Four laws we don't break.我们不越的四条法律。

Principles are only real if they cost you something. These four decide what we build, what we ship, and what we refuse.原则只有在付出代价时才算数。这四条,决定了我们建什么、发布什么、以及拒绝什么。

Law / 01

Human before technology.

Capability is measured in people, not models. A system that scores well but leaves a person no better off has failed, however impressive the technology.

Law / 02

Structure before scale.

We earn scale with systems that hold. Growth without structure is just a bigger version of the same problem — so we build the frame before we build the crowd.

Law / 03

Proof before claims.

No number ships without a receipt. Every figure on our sites is exported from our source of truth at build time, filtered to public-safe, and stamped with an as-of date. Where proof isn’t ready, we show the system — not a number.

Law / 04

Direction before speed.

Where matters more than how fast. We would rather move deliberately in the right direction than sprint toward a destination we haven’t earned the right to reach.

Structure. Direction. Hope.

The laws are the discipline; the philosophy is the point. Structure holds. Direction guides. Hope is the reason any of it is worth doing.

If we ever break one of these, the work stops being LIGHTHOPE.若我们违背其一,这份工作便不再是 LIGHTHOPE。
